When it comes to setting the perfect Easter table, there’s a balance I try to strike between elegant festivity and overstated whimsy. This year, I wanted to create an atmosphere of understated sophistication paired with joyful spring flair.

The centerpiece I designed provides a beautiful, natural focal point. I started with a thick-cut log and adorned it with an overflowing array of cheerful yellow and green tulips spilling over the edges. The vibrant bloom colors and rustic wood base introduce a gorgeous pop of seasonal color without being cloying.

To continue the subtle bunny motif, I folded the napkins into three-dimensional bunny ear shapes at each place setting. The textured white linen adds just a whisper of Easter’s iconic emblem. I also tucked in a few complementing ceramic bunny figurines among the other decor elements.

I let the tulip centerpiece shine by keeping the dinnerware clean and simple with classic white dishes and rattan chargers creating an earthy yet refined base. Then, I punctuated the setting with scattered accents of verdant spring green and sunny yellows through the glassware, decor pieces and lush potted plants.

My goal was an elegant, curated tabletop that celebrates the quintessential joy and renewal of the Easter season without veering into excessive ornamentation. I wanted a fresh, bright setting that would delight guests with tasteful nods to the holiday while providing a stunning backdrop for our celebratory feast.
